1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days after dispatch

Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods, sales events, or due to courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time.


5. Delays or Issues

While we aim to ship promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or regional disruptions

  • High order volumes

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect addresses

  • Delayed or returned due to missing information

Reshipping due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
