At Big Phat Beard, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used grooming products (e.g. oils, balms, washes, etc.)

Final sale or clearance items

3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us at bigphatbeard@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. How to Return an Item
To start a return, contact our team at bigphatbeard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:

You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
